All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Why are the cushion listings for the cushion cover only?
Cushion inserts are bulky and therefore expensive to post. You may also want to reuse an insert you already have. For these reasons I have inserts available for purchase separately for customers within Australia, just add the appropriate size to your cart.  International customers please note that it is more economical to buy an insert at your end.

PAYMENT
Payment can be made through Paypal. You can use a credit or debit card (Visa or Master Card, unfortunately not American Express) through Paypal without having a Paypal account.
Money orders and direct bank transfers are available within Australia, please make contact for further details.

SHIPPING
Items ship from Canberra, Australia. Your order will be shipped as soon as possible after being received, usually within 2 days.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS are sent via Australia Post’s Registered Post service. The customer is required to sign for the parcel. If you would prefer the Express Post service, for which you do not have to sign, please make contact straight after placing your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are shipped via Australia Post’s Regular Parcel Airmail. If you would like a registered, trackable or insured service please make contact and I will let you know the additional cost. International customers please allow 2-3 weeks for your item to arrive. Shipping to the UK and USA takes between 10 days and 3 weeks. The customer is responsible for any import duties and taxes that are payable in the destination country.

If a parcel goes missing en route to you I will do everything I can from my end to assist in locating it.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE
If for some reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible. You will be refunded via PayPal as soon as the item is returned in ‘as new’ condition. The original shipping cost and the cost of returning the item will not be refunded, except in the case of product fault.
